The development hereby permitted shall be built in accordance with the submitted plans under drawing references 200 Rev A, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 Rev A, 206 Rev A and 207 submitted to the Local Planning Authority on 6 and 7 September 2017. 3. No development shall be carried out until drainage details, incorporating:- a) sustainable drainage principles b) an assessment of the hydrological and hydrogeological context of the development c) the provision and implementation of a surface water run-off limitation and on site attenuation as appropriate, and a programme for implementation and completion have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be implemented and completed in accordance with the approved details. 4. The existing level of flood defence should be maintained across the site. The scheme shall be fully implemented and subsequently maintained, in accordance with the timing / phasing arrangements embodied within the scheme, or within any other period as may subsequently be agreed, in writing, by the local planning authority. 5. If, during development, contamination not previously identified is found to be present at the site then no further development (unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority) shall be carried out until a remediation strategy detailing how this contamination will be dealt with has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The remediation strategy shall be implemented as approved. 6.
