  • Name2. The development hereby permitted shall be built in accordance with the submitted plans under drawing references 200 Rev A, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 Rev A, 206 Rev A and 207 submitted to the Local Planning Authority on 6 and 7 September 2017. 3. If, during development, contamination not previously identified is found to be present at the site then no further development (unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority) shall be carried out until a remediation strategy detailing how this contamination will be dealt with has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
